Double Steel Doors with Keylock
The Preston project was a full design, measure and install project. Created using our slim black steel steel system.
The client first came to us knowing that they wanted a steel door but not sure on the design and layout that would be suit. They wanted an internal door that could be locked from both sides and that could fold back flat against the wall to create the largest opening. We decided that an offset double door with the smaller door looking like a fixed panel would suit the space perfectly.
We kept the design simple with a 5 bars design to create the look of 4 glass sections. We added a lever handle to the larger door only and kept the smaller door handless to create the illusion of a fixed panel. With top and bottom shoot bolts so it was fixed in place.
